The problem:

  • The game is lagging and feels stuttery.
  • You experience a low FPS (frames per second).

The solution:

In short: change your browser's Hardware Acceleration settings.

For Google Chrome:

  • 1) Go to Settings in Chrome
  1. 2) Scroll down, and click Advanced
  1. 3) Under System, change the setting for "Use Hardware Acceleration when available"

Both turning this setting on and off can fix this problem, depending on your hardware setup.

The reason:

This bug happens on some computers with certain graphics cards, because some browsers (like Google Chrome) have blacklisted certain graphics cards, throwing their hardware acceleration capabilities off.

The problem:

  • The mouse sensitivity feels off compared to the game.
  • Moving your mouse makes the character look around too fast or too slow.

The solution:

In short: disable Enhance pointer precision in Windows.

  • 1) Open Control Panel, and click on Hardware and Sound
  1. 2) Under Devices and Printer, click on Mouse
  1. 3) In the Pointer Options tab, disable Enhance pointer precision and click OK

Tip: it's always a good idea to disable Enchance pointer precision when playing games!

The reason:

When Enhance pointer precision is turned on, Windows adds mouse acceleration to your mouse movement. This is not desirable at all when playing shoorter games because your muscle memory will build much slower. Some games automatically overwrite your Windows settings to disable this acceleration. Because our trainer runs in the browser, we cannot change this Windows setting, meaning you'll have to disable it yourself. In general, it's always a good idea to disable Enhance pointer precision when playing video games.

The problem:

  • Your mouse movement is restricted horizontally.
  • You can't make a 360 turn because your crosshair can't move passed a certain point.

The solution:

In short: while in game, press P to open the menu, and P again to close it. This will fix this mouse restriction.

The reason:

Some users report they experience this bug, especially when using multi-monitor setups. We're looking into how we can fix this bug, but in the meanwhile this suggested quick-fix above should resolve this.
